ITANAGAR, Apr 8 ; The much needed bus service of our own APST has been welcome by all which is not only connecting the people of Namsai with the Guwahati but ferrying the passengers with a comfortable service with Volvo night service. Slowly the passenger capacity is also increasing.
Namsai APST station Superintendent J Dirchi inform that the Volvo bus service which has started from Namsai to Guwahati on every alternative days has yield a good result. This is a night service from Namsai to Guwahati Vice versa alternate days from April 1st. He said.
Form Namsai it start at 4 PM and 6 PM from Guwahati with a reasonable fare of Rs. 900 per head. Any passengers and person willing to avail the Volvo bus service from Namsai to Guwahati and Vice versa can get their ticket booked though online website @www.apst.arunachal.gov.in. He said.
There are all total 13 nos of buses which are plying form Namsai to various parts of state which include Itanagar with a fare Rs. 500, Dibrugarh, Wakro to Tinsukia, Dayum to Tinsukia, Bordumsa to Tinsukia, Mankan miri to Tinsukia, Namsai to Aalo. The average passengers which are being ferried form Namsai operational area are around 500 and we always look forwards for support and cooperation of general public for development and progress of transport system in district and state as a whole.
